Default Honda Trail 90

Hey guys so at my work this guy has an old honda trail 90 that has 400 original miles on it. It has been garaged the whole time, he said when it was running it had a problem most likley related to the carb. It is all origianl It is about a 68 or 70 Do you think that it is worth fixing up, they will take $650 for it?

my brother got a trail 70 for like 400 bucks that needed an engine rebuild, so id say thats a decent price if all thats wrong with it is the carb

I think $650 is wayyyy too much for it..Christ I just sold my '86 KX125 for $500 which my brother and I put over $1100 into rebuilding the motor and other things on it and I only rode like 4 times after the rebuild...I'm gonna miss the old bike, the powerband...We did a compression test on it and it read out at 195 lbs...not shabby for a bike that we didn't port or polish.

well it actually runs just not very good. I figure that I will be able to drive it around town some too. Save some serious coin on gas.

I see that ones with like 5000 miles on them are going for about $1500 on ebay/craigs list

you got me interested in our 70 again haha. i think im gonna take the head off and port/polish it this weekend. the things slow as ***** right now, so anything free that would quicken it up a little bit will make me happy
