i, think you got to have a photo shop of your own(p.c.) most peep's done theirs by using online photo shops.

Doesn't HAVE to be 145 x 145, but that is the max that you can make it.

Learn how to use the photo shop that you SHOULD have on your computer. It might not be a great one, but it should work. If you have a rectangular photo, you can crop the main part of it into a square, if that is what you desire. After that, just shrink the thing to fit the 145 x 145 or under requirement and it should work. Of course, the photo needs to be smaller than 40 or 50k, I believe.
