ok well since i am also an adobe guy just i have a life thats why i dont play with it much...i can almost identify all the layers and effects you used....but i will say.. you LOVE those lense flares (85mm i believe)

 

i only used the lense flare once, lol.. it just what made the first light. And since you like to brag, I'm gonna call you on it. You can't name all the stuff I used to make these photos, but... you can certainly try to

blur, lence flare, 3d clouds, bg pic, radiants (circle one is your fav), i think i even see pinch in there with some bubble to give the suck and swell to things and paintbrush to get rid of the unwanted, and lighting effects i believe i saw in one of those.. but very slight

well i dont even have photoshop to play around on so....yea

 

1) lens flare
2) smudge
3) clouds
4) ripple
5) bloat
6) radial blur
7) motion blur
8) color balance
9) pinch

as for bg pic, of course...its the main picture.. not exactly a bg though. And I'm not sure what you mean by radiant? No lighting effects were used (other than the light caused by the lens flare). The effects you might be seeing were probably caused by the color balance.

 

i think i mean radial :-p lol .. i think i missed 2 of those... which really isnt bad for not even having the program open :-p

 

Jeez and I don't know SQUAT about PSP (But I DO have Jasc PSP 8 W00T lol)
