RE: i know, i know. it's beeen forever
why on earth would you file for bankruptcy?? i mean, i feel for ya, but i would man up, move back in with ur dad like you said, pay off ur debt, and then move on... u'll very much regret it if you file

RE: i know, i know. it's beeen forever
thanks guys for the comments and responsess. trust me if there was any other way out of bankruptcyi would take it. but to erase my house, bills, CC's, and loan it's the only way. i'm fully aware of the bad effect it will have on my credt but it only took about 2 years to get mine up from "never having creit" tohaveing a 735 cretit score and if it only takes 2 years than i'll be happy to have 20-30kin the bank to buy a new house. hope all is well in the MF, if there is anythign important going on let me know, hopefully i'll be on on the next weekor so. later guys. and thanks again.

RE: i know, i know. it's beeen forever
i dont understand why you would want to ruin ur credit if its that high?? and believe me, its a lot harder to build your credit after bankruptcy than just building new credit

RE: i know, i know. it's beeen forever
my credit will be rebuilt within about 4-5 years. i've already loooked into ways to build faster and i have a friend at a loan institute that is going to be giving me small time loans (800 here, 500 there) and paying the minimums every week to build it back up. it'll be straigt by the time i'll need good credit.

Hope it all works out for you man... credit can be a bitch sometimes... but its better than life without it. Look at the countries without it.
