I stopped reading you post shreff because I Found the owner I just replied with that info a few minutes ago no big deal but Also I am thinking of rolling up in the Comcast work van or something.
Or even cutting off her cable when she is not home and routing hte trouble call to myself so that way when I fix it for her I have made a good impression on her. But I dont know I need ideas

I must have been typing while you were posting...my bad..Oh God, not the Comcast cable van lol! I'll let ya borrow my '94 Jeep Cherokee if need be lol...Just find a common ground with the person and schmooze them over...Kill 'em with kindness man.
Also might think about offering her something like bringing it by when it's restored or taking her for a ride in it after it's done. (Nothing like a sentimental bit thrown in there to help push things over the edge). Just an idea. Sometimes the sentimental value returned might just do it for them.
Let them know that you will take phenomenal care of the vehicle too and offer to drive it over and show it to them once you get it "reconditioned"....
I metioned that in my post earlier
... it is a good idea

LOL. Just go there and be nice and respectable. She wont sell it to you if she thinks youre A. Going to make it even faster and kill yourself or B.) looking to buy it and make a profit. Chances are much better that she will sell if she thinks you want the car because youre a Supra lover, like her son probably was.
