well you know my Evo Engine bay detail jobs I used to do. Well today I spent a little while on the 15 year old engine bay of mine to see what I could do. Not expecting to much as it was really dirty, grimey and the paint was dull, BUT I gotta say the after look I am very very pleased with
Lets review before first
And after I spent some time
and some of the exhaust. NOTE rear bumper was put on by some jackass who cut corners pretty much as you can see the taillights dont line up completely the same and the underside of the bumper is all wavey cause it is missing a few bolts.

I plan to start on the back bumper when I change the taillights. However I have no clue what is intailled with fixing the thing completly the right way. I was planning also to get the car painted at some point so that would mean playing around with that stuff again

Not in love. I like to keep my stuff CLEAN thats all. It needs alot of restoration work IMO. The engine bay paint was one thing I was considering having redone (and still am considering) but my detail work under the hood really made the paint look pretty good ya know

Is that a serious question? $28k consider it sold the way it sits.
Not that I have any intention to sell, but everyone here knows how i like change

not to much. I am going to order a few fix it up things I need. Id like to get the rear bumper put on correctly. And I am very very close to pulling the dash panels out and stripping them and repainting them. The 93-96 Supras had a all black dash and it was coated in this rubbery stuff which scratches wayy to easy. Sadly all the 97-98 dash panels are not easy to get. 2 of them are discontinued for every. So instead of being able to swap in the nice panels I have to make do with what I have and strip the rubber off and re spray them black which will get the scratched look off. PLUS the rubber is impossible to clean it looks awful with armorall on it and windex type cleaners make the rubber bubble (I found out the hard way yes)
