well after selling the eclipse as some of you may know i went and bought a subaru. well it had a bunch of mods done to it and guess what.

snapped a rod, keep in mind this is an h-4 (flat-4) it came around and hit the other side of the block and pushed the clyinder walls in on the bottom side of the cylinder hole.

well i pulled the motor out and started working on it. this is an 04 with 28k on the motor and chassis. pretty much basic rebuild. acl race bearings, arp rob bolts and arp headstuds. that summs that up. i also got the tgv's deleted through grimmspeed and now using the aps turbo inlet pipe (which requires the intake manifold to come off) bc i already had the mani off so it worked out for me.

the car looked like this when it blew up.

Probably the turbo was too strong for the Stock Engine

Looks good w/ those wheels. Hows the stock trans holding up? I hear they are pretty weak.

i'm sure it looks 110% better after being lowered. the splitter looks silly at stock height. car looks good though.

thats why the car is lowered now. ijust dont have new pics. ill get some up soon. the stretrched tires is because im on stock suspension with just springs. when i get some coilovers ill run some 255 35 18. little meaty. there is still alittle bit to much room under the splitter bcof the tire, but they were cherap cheap soo ill just run them for now. when i get home from vaca ill post up some new pics.
