Agree with that ^^^ Are you running the SL series? (the square ones)

Be careful with the amps you chose. Some are only rated to that wattage because they SPIKE that. Thats not good... rockford fosgate are genuine... they are steady at those wattages.

depends on what your going for sound quality, or more loudness than quality. theres no doubt that the w7 is a great subwoofer but there are better.

I dunno cuz I got 2 audiobahn 10's and they kick hard for just havin a 250 watt amp

if you are satisfied with audiobahns and im guessin they are lower end models if ur only runnin 250 watts then you would be amazed with some subs like DD, Audioque, RE, Soundstream.

^^ every one of those subs (in decent condition and not made in the 90's) is over 800 bucks each... you can go with what you want but a w7 will comand respect from anybody who knows subs. but here's my take, anything over 300watts/speaker is over rated and need not be used for anything else but impressing ppl and for show. i had 2 lightning audio (rockfor fosgate's low end brand) 12's from wal mart in a decent box in my eclipse w/ a 150watt amp and it bumped PLENTY hard enough for me.

im goinfor bassand loudness..... normally i go M.A audio or sony i was wonderin if kicker is also good
