I found a few pics of Black EVOs with teh Wheels I want and one with the front lip

i see what you mean by that front lip, that is a nice lip and also those wheels are sweet too.. what size are stockies on an evo? and i even kinda like the look of the evo without the back wing...

 

stock enkeis are 17x8. id stick with 17s maybe 18s

 

wow those rims really do look nice. I love the way the sun hits them and brightens them up

 

I saw a gold on Black 06 EVO a couple weeks ago...the pics don't do it justice, it looks really good. The front lip I'd be afraid of losing it on driveways, but that's probably a Cali thing.( the f'dup driveways and parking lot entry's) But, it's already pretty low anyway, so caution is due.

 

and a florida thing.. its to help reduce flooding damage
