i didnt watch the whole video sorry, lol. I get bored too easily. Probably the tps then. but remember that the fuel pump still is on for a little bit after turning the car off. try unplugging the tps, and see if there is any difference

Im positive the car wont run without it. I guess when my brother gets back i will try it.

Either the car wont start, or the ECU will put it right into limp mode

My eclipse did exactly that when I had a cracked intake manifold. (in otherword a VAC leak for my car)

No way. It went into Lotus today.

They agree with what i think. Instead of replacing the TPS they are going to replace the entire throttle body (includes TPS).

I dont think it is a vac leak. If it was it would happen all the time. Im positive it is electrical.

By the way, how the hell to you crack an intake manifold? Boosting?

The intake manifold cracked at the throtte body flange because of an Ebay intake. And the problem wasnt all the time either it would run fine sometimes and sometimes the idle would jump and hte car wouldnt rev
