I have my reasons, and if you would like to hear them I would be more than willing to explain my reasons for doing so.

Originally I supported McCain, but after learning a few things, my opinions have changed.

 

i would like to know what things you heard to make you believe that obama would make a better president than McCain. Because really lets be honest, you not voting for who you like. You voting for which you believe to be the better candidate

 

It wasn't something anyone said about him... it was what HE said.

It was during the debates when he mentioned something like "exercising their full military strength in the middle east." Now who the **** does that sound like? From that moment on, I hated his ***.

He is just another ****ing Bush, I know it.

 

agreed^^^^^ something like, we dont go to war to lose, we go to win. who the douche says that ish.

 

I am really tired of hearing this statement because anyone who has done their research and really listened to the views would know this could not be farther from the truth. First of all Bush is a guy that allows his cabinet to do the work and make the decisions from what i have seen. And we should have known he was that type of person from the begining when he is the type that wouldnt even go to the army himself when he had his father get him out of the reserves.

However i feel that McCain is not even close to this type of person which is pretty evident since the guy has done more for this country and gone through more than any one person should have to. And if there is anyone that knows something about war it is him.

And something else, the reason i actually agree with McCains take on the war, is because if you look at our history, we are known for leaving before the work is done. That is all we have ever done, and that is why nothing ever changes because we dont finish what we started. We did it in Vietnam, we did it in the Cold War. Our enemies know all they have to do is outlast us, they dont have to beat us.

And we have even created problems of our own with this leaving tactic. Look at the cold war. We did win it against russia with a pretty much total domination in afganistan. However we created what is now the taliban. Yes we created it. We supplied them with the weapons back then.

Back to McCain. He again is nowhere near what bush is. Maybe his tax policy is similiar but as far as his beliefs he isnt even close to being a right winger like bush. Which is part of the reason alot of republicans didnt really take to him in the first place because they felt he was a bit to liberal.

So when you say "oh he is another bush" what exactly do you mean by that statement, that he wants more war...that could not be farther from the truth, what he wants is not war, he wants what is the right solution, and that solution i not to just simply remove everyone withina year and 1/2 like Obama wants. And what the hell would Obama know about war anyway besides what he has read in books,

I agree w/ TE Mccain is nothing like Bush and imo its Clinton that messed up the economy for Bush. Also 9/11 could have been prevented if clinton had his "head" in the right place way back when.

 

THANK YOU. At least someone realizes this. We should have killed Bin Laden twice under the clinton reign but didnt because of collateral damage....yea look what collateral damage happened because of that decision

 

the econo was great when bill was in office though. Since, it was gonzo. He started it with his fall out but bush has done nothing to relieve that beside work us in the wrong direction.

you cant honestly want to vote for someone who refuses to solute our countrys flag can you? At least McCain has gone threw a hell of alot more than 99-100% of our countrys past leaders. The reason he suffered so long was because he stayed true to his country. He could have been freed had he given away some of his brothers. He is a real man. It doesnt get any more patriotic than that. Mostamericans would cave under the torture he went threw.
