Me and my fiance have been looking at condos and townhouses for the last few months. We put in an offer on a condo a few weeks back in Woodbridge NJ and the offer was accepted. We brought her parents and my dad to check it out lastweek and they said we done good. It's 1st floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, living room and dining room. Plenty of parking, no garage but I am leaving the show car in my dad's garage, and he lives only 25 minutes or so away. Her parents are about 20 minutes away the other direction. Closing is supposed to be March 3rd and we move in shortly after. The place needs no work whatsoever.

thanks guys. yeah I know no garage. But last week when I was there I parked right in front of our terrace and today I was parked right under one of the windows in the master bedroom. And I am only 14 miles from my other garaged galant. I checked today. yeah the place is definitely nice looking and in good shape, much nicer than a lot of the dumps we saw. Now we just gotta close on it and let them get their stuff out of there so we can do some painting and bring our stuff in, then it will look much better.

oh yeah the inspection went well today. No structural damage, just a few little issues that need to be resolved.

yeah thats cool. where does he live? cause this place is right across from the mall as well.

 

mmm She lives in these kinda condominium apartment things, its like you walk through the front glass door, than theres 4 residents there, and she lives in one of them and it has a downstairs, kinda hard to explain ahahaha

 

my bad, find out the name of the place she is in. just curious. the place we are getting sounds like that. You walk up steps off side walk and then up like 10 steps and then go through glass door and walk down like 6 steps. and there are 4 residences. but if you walked up steps instead of down there are 4 as well, and then another flight of steps and then there are 4 more. the development we are going to in is called Aspen Manor, there are like 25 buildings

 

havent been keeping up with this
but we closed on Monday
and we did some painting on Tuesday
we have to paint a lot more than I thought we would
but its all good
we are going to paint the whole place
we did most of the MB and BR in the MB yesterday
and my fiance went with a friend today and painted the rest of the MB
our goal right now is to have the MB ready for the mattress delivery on Saturday
we need to vaccum and shampoo the carpet in the MB
