ya I think I should hit the 12s...Ill get to a track someday but I dont want to waiste my trasfer case.
THats if you can hook, better get some nice tires.

MY one friend got an sti, he had a turbo back 3 inch exaust, ported manifold, intake, fmic, bov, and a mbc pushing 16psi. ITs not like the kid couldent drive, on the street be beat my friends lightning that ran a 12.8 at the track.

When the kid with the sti went to the track his best run was a 13.3, his tires would hook on the street but that track pavment is different and the bitch would just spin. Now if it were me driving in the burn out box I would try to launch, attempting to worm the tires up but some times the guy working the line stands in the way... any way get some good tires so you dont get pissed.
STi is a different animal than the EVO.... the STi for one has more TQ and it has it split 30/70 where as the EVO is 50/50. I have not traction problem not even in the least bit. but a few more mods and ill need some tires maybe.

I wouldnt be dissapointed if I ran low 13s or even mid 13s its not the end of the world to me ya know LOL

yea i have been in his car and unless its raining he won't be spinning any tire whatsoever. And even if it is raining, he'll still have pretty good traction.

I would definitely like to see that when you can make it happen. For serious.
