The games offical relase was today, whos going to get it?

 

i want it, and my significant other told me to go get it for myself, but i slept on the couch all day...

 

I pre ordered it and it came today.. I got the black lable. Its such an awseom game, grapchis are deff worth the money. Cars are awseom, no so much customizing as before... but thats a good thing.

 

What system did you get it for? I know it's supposed to be coming out for the 360 but THAT doesn't come out for 3 more days.

 

I got it for ps2 and I am sporised how much more detailed it is than underground2. The features the game offers though are incredible. Its got a slow mo button(like in burnout)which increases your reaction time and lets your do techenical things moving fast... Like kicking out the back end of the car, smacking the back of an 18wheeler to make it drop a **** load of pipes then going under it and having all of the pipes fall on the road takeing out a **** load of cop cars.

Also the parts for the cars are actually acurate, for example the coblot ss sounds supercharged and you can only buy supercharger parts for it. Same go's for the sti. Its a perfect blend between hot persuit and underground. By far the best car game EA has ever produced.

 

less customization? i dont knwo if i like the sound of that...

any DSMs on the game, or just evos?

I didn't know they were realeasing it for PS2 I thought they'd wait till the PS3 came out. The graphics on the X Box 360 for it are HOT as hell!!! I seen the preview trailer GAWD the graphics altogether are THE SHYT on the 360 I played the demo of Call of Duty 2 I think it was

 

Instead of making a body kit they are all premade. Cant change purge things and lights but the game takes place during the day. Their are vinals and whatknot. But like the 911 their is only 2 stages of performance mods unlike the vw gti where their are three.... personally I like the look of a clean car so i like the changes.

 

my girlfriend talked me into going out and getting it...and im up to 30% completed...its all ive done all day.
i started with the cavabalt SS, then the IS300, then a Supra, then the new eclipse, then i bought an evo, and i won a cayman S..but i think that im forgetting something...

i have bought pretty much every driving game that has come out in the last 2 years, at least every "tuner game"...

i like full customization...and i dont like widebody kits...

the graphics, both the cars, and the people, are great...but ive moved through farily easily..i also got the black edition

but, has anyone seen or played the regular edition? was the black edition worth the extra 10 bucks?
