Nope I'm not talking about a kid or anything like that. I've made arrangments and will be getting a second Conquest in the next week or 2. This one is a Fiji Blue automatic with a sunroof. Basically the car has been on e-bay 3 times when I contacted the owner. He said for $500 I could take her away. I put a down payment/retainer on it already. That's wrong with it? Oil pump is done. The SAME thing I've JUST finished doing on my other 'Quest. So I'll be doing an oil and water pump, oil pan , valve cover, timing cover gaskets, timing chain and guides and balance shaft elimination kit, jet valve elimination kit, and a braided oil supply line for the turbo. I'm sure a few more things will be getting done (Radio and whatnot). Here are a few pics of her:

Well according to current owner, there was no knocking or odd noises when he started taking this one apart. Mine was making a knocking before i started tearing it apart.

 

I wouldnt trust anything they tell you... actually i take that back... trust... but verify.

I hope it goes a little more smoothly than your last little adventure did

And josh I'm aiming for first off a premier showing of the car and the repairs done to her at the annual pigeon forge meet around 4th of july week in TN. The next showing hopefully will be in in MI at the 28th Street Metro Cruisein late August I believe.

Before last year I didn't even know what these cars WERE. Now I couldn't imagine without having one at least!
