ill be sitting out on my boat... pulling in 30" and larger fish. Relaxing in the 75 degree air... not too hot not too cold.... but ill make sure i catch one for ya...

i saw that.. thanks... no we will see if she likes our idea... foggy mornings... walk the 20 feet from the cabin out to my boat... frying up fish at night... and the few bikini clad natives who live on the lake sunning them selves during the day...... ahhhh, that is the life...

then you get the muskie..... the ones that pop out of the water... give a good tail flick, and then back down into the water for a great fight.... plus there is an island to stop and eat on. and about 20 other small lakes that are chained together. each lake is different.. some have bass, some are for skiers, one lake is for turtles...

even crapie and bluegill by the hundreds... i love it up there.... but it is alot of work getting the boat ready and driving the 8.5 hours up to the cabin...

 

last time I went fishin all I caught was two red eyes and a cheatin wifey.[:@]

 

ouch... you should come out the illinois river then.... not only will you catch crap..... but the fish try to knock you out of your boat. and who knows what disease you will catch if you fall in...

 

yum? I fish down on the New. lots of coal runoff and inedible fish but still fun.

 

it is still weird seeing the aisan carp tryin to knock you out of your boat though... we even caught on on our trampoline last weekend when we went sailing. started to fly a hull and i was out on the trap, and a fish jumped out and landed in our boat... so we just lifted the hull alittle further and he slid off... Man that was a fun weekend... or at least from what i can remember of it...
