Well i guess that would be decent of you not to sue his ***... if thats what you want thats cool.. but nobody got anyware by being nice... especially in business.

lol how do go about getting a snake cought in your dash...i would be ****ten myself! did you get a raise? i was actually lookin in to buying a ball python the other day.

Damn, that was a crazy day! Why was that dude so afraid of HIS snake anyway, a 4-5' python is a domestic size (according to the Discovery channel and it's programs, lol). Anway, what was that dude afraid of? It's his snake? He shouldn't have one if he can't even deal with it. What a moron. Of course I only say that because I don't know the whole story, lol. Good on you for not being afraid of it....but still, the owner's a moron, lol.

**** that dude, i'd let that damn thing bite me about 3 or4 times THEN sue the dude lol i think sebba said it best . . . nobody got anywhere being nice, especialy in business.

he probably coulda dealed with it, but like joshewuhh said,it was stuck in the dash

yea i doubt it was because he was afraid of it. He just needed someone to take the dash apart. I used to have a python about that same size and they are great house pets. They require alot fo work though cuz of the environment they need. But they really are harmless. At least mine was. The best part was watching it eat the live mice

he definately wasnt forced to deal with the snake. He could have just said he doesnt want to mess around with a snake, and someone else would have been assigned to do it. He cant sue for anything. The only person he could sue is his boss if he completely forced him to do it.

The only reason I agreed to it, was because how unusual the job was.

I mean, if it an OTJ injury, then I should hope so.
