So I've been working on the car for 4 months now. Unable to drive it due to "chain slap". Got her all together today and cranked her over for the first time in months. Well she fired up like she never had been left alone. Unfortunately I also found that the noise from the engine is STILL there and the oil pressure problem STILL exists!!! WTF??? Can't I get a break JUST ONCE??? I mean DAMN I double checked EVERYTHING I did, Torqued and RE torqued to ENSURE the bolts were to spec, I double checked, bagged and tagged, left no stone unturned and the damn thing STILL knocks and has very little oil pressure... I've about had it with this thing... Almost time to call it quits and sell it. I'd be lucky to get the near $900 I put into parts and supplies for repairs back from this thing.

On a lighter note, I got the engine bay cleaned quite a bit, painted, and took some shots in the sun today. Hopefully I will have them up by tommorrow sometime.
