ok, everyone may hate me for this... lol... but i went out and bought a honda accord. heres the story. my uncle bought it for 4800, then he drove it for a few months. then he put it up for sale at 3800. nobody made any offers. so since i just had my golden birth day i said hey tom, why dont you hook me up and let me get that car for a steel. he says, fine 1800 and its urs. then i wait a lil while cuz it needs new brakes and wanna price that stuff. meanwhile he lowers the price to 2800. then after a lil while i just text him saying, hey, 1000 cash and ill come get it right now... he replies, 1400 and its urs. so i took the deal and bought it.... the thing thats kills me most is i have to admit its MUCH faster than my 4g37..... i would just do a swap and put a nice 4g63t in it instead of spendin money on this car, but i hear thats a complicated swap so i need someone with a lil more knowledge to do that for me. i will post pictures of the new ride once i get them...

 

There is nothing wrong with Honda's except a portion of their owners...nothing wrong with taking a good deal when one comes your way.

Hey man i'm a honda owner also so don't listen to the crap that you will get from some of the guys and just take the jokes and brush them off or throw them back. For the ppl that are serious about telling you that you are stupid for buying it, basically tell them to **** off. If ppl lived life by the judgement of what they drove - i hate to say it but - not many ppl would buy dsm's for the amount of problems that they have (we all know it's true, don't hate, i still LOVE my 2gbT problomaticrides lol). So good pick up on the car, and happy b-day.

 

thanks man... yea its a nice lil car, and i wasnt gunna let the deal go. the city i live in is HONDAVILLE, so i know i can resell it and make a few bucks no problem... literly everyone drives riced out hondas here.2 days agoi was in my eclipse following 3 riced out hondas as they swerved back and forth, made me laugh quite a bit...

 

that's the kind of driving / drivers that give Honda's such a bad name. i plan on owning a 93-97 EK hatch in the next several years w/ a stock body other than lowered and rims w/ a fully built b18c5 (200hp type r motor) and don't give a crap what anybody has to say about it, it will be a 100octane weekend streetcar and the way i plan on setting it up will be very fast!!

 

You change your mind about cars more than a woman changes her mind about what shes gonna wear.

J/K. A good deal is a good deal.. I owned an acura before my spyder.. And I wish I would have never gotten rid of it.. Was 1 of my nicest cars..

 

Hondas are good, hondas are cheap, deals are awesome!, and plus hondas tranny can put up a beating, if you enjoy it, its all cool, i myself enjoyed my rabbit gti so much i will buy another one soon (if this work deal im getting becomes sweet hopefully a farenheit!!!!!!!!!!)

 

anyone know where he can find a 5" silencer? yes thats not an exageration he needs a 5" one.

 

idk much about hondas engines at all. i know the vtec is set up to a button where the horn is suposed to be, is that a bad idea? also, im gunna post pics of the engine, probly tomorrow, and i was wondering if you can tell me what kind of engine it is, like b20 or whatever, cuz its not the engine that came in the car...
