PHOTOSHOP AND WUTNOT
i am in desperate need does anyone know what program i could use to make somethin like this? and if i could use photoshop 7.0 and if so HOW THE HELL DO I DO THAT?

There you go...there's hardly a load time for me with one large pic, but I can imagine it being slower for some.

I use MSPaint to resize it while still keeping it's original dimensions, just scaling it down.
Another thing you can do is to save it onto your computer and then upload it onto here. Like this....

This image is 1024x820 btw. I scaled it down to about 80%...or I took out 20% of it's original size.
The reason it stays that size that you have is because you linked it. Now if you hyperlinked it's thumb pic you would also have a pic the size of my uploaded one...just make sure to link the thumb or it will remain tiny, lol.
