Hey Bro,
Are you sure about the Exedy? When that setup was on my car, I burned thru a $3000 Exedy twin plate hyper carbon clutch in 900 miles. Tried contacting Exedy by phone, fax, e-mail pony express etc. never got a reply. I wasn't real happy with them.I'm really happy with the ACT clutch tho

never herd of exedy....how did you burn through it in 900 miles? craapy quality?

not sure if this is why but here is my theory. FOGs car was making 476ft.lbs of tq. the SD ersion of exedy twins are only rated 450ftlbs so that is part of t on top of that carbon clutches are prone to burn up more because they dont grab as harduntill they are hotso they slip alot. and from the few people I know who have had carbon clutches they dont last long at all. so add that to the amound of TQ he was making that would explain to me. The Exedy twin is in no way a bad part it is by FAR the #1 clutch for Evo drivers. it feels stock its safer on the drivetrain parts and holds a good amout of power (SD= 450ftlbs and HD=550ftlbs)
