I forgot to mention one of our biggest projects to date was a Dodge Stealth R\T TT it was a 91 with 102k and a blown motor we did a 95 TT swap and getrag 6spd tranny swap. so He owns the RX7 and the stealth.

well as a group the 3 of us all worked on the cars on the side , but we want to grow on that. Keith the owner of the RX7 and stealth is a police officer, Carl who owns A firebird is in the air force till later this year and I work at the local cable company as a technicain(bad paying job I need a new one)

 

betcha making more than min wage like me... but i did pay for my ram air thinger and i got a new strut cap... so next i got coming is the exhaust which by the looks of it may be over $500.....and i got like 100 saves so far...

 

Ive been there and done that, I used to work at a target store and I owned my 2000 Eclipse GS I paid $14500 for had a $300 car payment and was 17. I could never mod my car untill I got out of school then I went way to far. When I sold my Eclipse I gave the new owner an envilope with all my receipts of alot of mods and maintence I did. the Total in reciepts was $8300 and I was missing quite a few that I lost.

Needless to say I am making $10.95 right now in FL. it sucks cuz in Ma I was making $11 doing half the work for comcast. And If I did what I do here for comcast in Mass ill be making like $22 so I am underpaid for sure and that is one thing I am looking at that is telling me to move back. My old boss at comcast said he would take me back and id need to stay 6 months and then we would promote me so Id be in the $20 range and he said he would start me at $15 if I go back.

 

dude then pick up that job..i mean hell $3.25 just for moving then after 6 months $20 an hour isnt bad at alll.....then you could afford the evo 9 payments :-p

what exactly is a striker for a car??

and do they make one for mine?

 

strocker kit, what it does is makes the displacment bigger for my car it is a replacment bottom end (crank,rod, pistons) and it makes the car a 2.3L rather than a 2.0L

your car is already a 2.4L and something like htat I dont think is made fore your car nor would it be worth it if they did. I really only is needed for cars that have turbos that lag untill 6000 RPMs

 

ah, your dont lag till 6g.... only like 5g :-P and yeah i meant stroker i just hit the I instead of the O :-P damn fingers never working how they need to... :-P
