Default PWR 1 : 8.4 vs 1:12.8

How big of a power to weight ratio differance is 1:8.4 compaired to 1:12.8 ? My quad is 1:8.4 and is fast as hell and i was thinking of building a pit bike that would have a pwr of 1:12.8.

i would think there would be a pretty big diference, i dont know much about it but it looks like the higher 2nd number would push more power lol

Depends. Remember less weight=less traction as well. If the weight isn't there to keep the tire attached to the pavement then you'll just be spinnin gobs of power for no reason.

Power to weight ratio. The quads power to weight ratio is 1:8.4 which is fast and the bike i was thinking of doing would havea power to weight ratio of 1:12.8 which is slower. I was just trying to figger out how much less power the bike would have t oget a idea of if I should do it or not.
