Thefew of you who are from around my area in northwestern Pennsylvania (around the Pittsburgh region) already know, but the rest who are not from this area, a local legendary Steelers announcer passed away today, Myron Cope. Myron alsowas the man who came up with the Terrible Towel that the crowd waves during the Steelers games.

We also lost an amazinglegendary hot rod builder in Boyd Coddington today as well.

Rest in Peace Myron Cope. May you announce many Steelers games from Cope's Cabana far above and look down upon the many fans waving the Terrible Towel cheering the Steelers on.

Rest in Peace Boyd Coddington. May you still build many more amazing hot rods from the big shop in the sky.

The world will miss the 2 legends.

yea man that sucks... i took a trip out to cali a couple of years ago and actually got to meet him and duwayne and some of the other guys in the shop. even though my dad and i werent really allowed some camera guy told us we could walk around in the shop cause no one else was really there, and duwayne got kinda pissed but he was just like "fine just dont bother anybody" haha, it was a good memory
