Dude, I understand completely. I used to go to Computer Camp when I was a kid (yes I was a nerd) and one of the kids created a virus that shut down the entire network, so for punishment, the staff literally made him sit there and listen to hamster dance for a full 8 hours straight.

 

Roll them in a vat of salt repeatedly as you flay the nekkid flesh off thier bodies... (Is that too graphic for you guys?)

Thats nothing.... sit them down on the floor, nail their ball sack to the floor with 2 roofing nails, take a gallon of gas and make a small circle around them hand them a knife, while liting a match tell them thar their are two ways to escape(drop the match) the fire, one is burning alive, the other.....

Actually how about strapping them to a chair that has electrodes on the seat and slowly increase the voltage over a 12 hour period of time. If they survive THAT then ahng them from a wall and leave them in a room where the ONLY thing to cool at are the words YOU HAVE THIS LONG TO LIVE and a clock that's counting down from 24 when it hits 0 come over the loudspeaker telling them they've WON the grand prize and then take them to a room where you use a razor and make a 2" cut every 10 minutes and allow a filthy hobo bum to tear at the wounds with his grimey dirty nails... Then roll them into a vat of salt.
