i dont believe anything till i hear both sides of a story. You dont get something for nothing....especially when all you say is you got "jumped". Where is the rest of the story as to where, why, when, ect...

 

Did i never post about this here? I think i did back in sep when it happened.

I was at a party and a girl nocked my drink out my hands 2 times so i got pi$$ed and called her a indian and some other stuff. Lil while lator im sittin on a table. The girls mom gets all up in my face asulting me. That lasted about 15 mins. She was yelling at metelling me to say im sorry and i was saying get the f*** out my face. I could have broke her knoes right then and their its my rightyou can do that when some one is asulting you. WellI said i was sorry like 4 times thinking it would get her out my face but no she said i didntmeen it and it wasnt enough so she stayed in my face. Well out of no were Igetjumped by a 50 year old and a 32 year old and a 18 year old. Mess my head and eye up. Give me a cuncushin and stiches n stuff. Needed cat scans and what not and had head aches come and go on the left side of my head for 1.5 months every day. 2 days after i still couldnt think i was at school and my teacher wanted me to go home cuz i couldnt remember any thing any one said to me and felt like i was walking on clouds. The guy that was 32 was twistin my neck for bout 20-30 secs i couldnt breath n was litteraly wating for my neck to pop it was ready to break. I couldnt turn my head for about 2 weaks cause my neck hurt to bad. The 50 year old had my by my hair at one point hitting my head on the table. The 32 year old had a ring on and every time he hit me in the face it ripped me open.

Im 17. I left right away and they call the cops on me. I get home and cops show up like I did somthing bad. They talk to me and radio another cop to go out their and arrest them. Well they got arrested and got out on $500 bail each that night.

Well i look my name up and see i have a disorderly conduct. I didn't do nothing they did and they have not 1 charge against them.

Their all saying I fell off a table 2 times and which hurt my self. They have around 10 "fake" witnesses which are going to lie and say i fell off a table and that the guys did not touch me at all. I have only 1 'real' witness saying they did it to me. 10 against 1 isnt to good.

Im going to seu for pain and suffering and the hospitle bill was close to $3000. Im going after the 2 old guys and the house owner since she is nothing more than a c*** that is going to say they didnt touch me. I was watching judge judytodayand the court case wasabout some drunk kids. Wellshe said that if one of the kids would have got hurt that the kid would be living in a beachhouse. So i must be able to make some big bucks off seuing her since i got hurt on her land and it was from her hubby. Not to mention that he was drinking and over dosed on his vicoden

 

you might get stuck with that charge man... Its hard to get rid of em. I got a disorderly when my cousin punched a kid at my school. I did NOTHING. they said i got the disorderly for using my phone, cuz my cousin called me and i talked to him so im involved and geta disorderly. Tried to get rid of it but just couldnt.

I got some thing on the door from the police departmentcouple days ago. It said to call a number with in 48 hours or their might be a warnt out for my arrest. I didn't call wonder if the cops are after me now[8D]

I gess disorderly conduct can be from anything. Look at some one funny and they call cops on you and you got disorderly conduct. Drop azz next to some one and they call the cops you got disorderly conduct. I gess im looking at probably a $300+ fine. My sister just got a disorderly conduct a month or two ago and now I have the same judge as her for the same thing. I was going to skip court this thursday but im going to go and see if I can have a smaller fine.

 

well now it seems that your askin for a bigger fine.....you should have called the number immediatly...and if your respectful to the 5-0 and the judge they may reduce your fine....you cant just ask for a smaller one

one of my friends raised ahand to a girl (now my GF) and i grabbed him by the head and threw him to the ground...its not right to hit a women or girl no matter how retarded they may act
