parkour is insane

 

if you go right at it its suicide... you cant leap or gap without at least a year of training, and cant do it without 80% body tonning and 20% of actual parkour.... like tunning.... you spend 80% of the time on the shop... for a mere quarter mile (or a few secs if youre ilegal)

Haha thats tricking more than parkour... its like... how can i explain this.... tricking is to parkour as body kits is to dsm tuners... parkour is more about flow, being unstopble, going from point a to b the fastest way... sure this is beautiful, and interesting, and im guilty of being a frontflip addict XD but its just a side act if youre interested you can see some at www.parkour-videos.com a bit more boring, but you'd be amazed of how HIGH you can land, and how far can you really jump...
