today was a waste, the mr2 turbo i saw today had a cracked bumper, and fender, needs new paint, (was red and now white BUT still half is red), needs exhaust leak to be fixed. the dude has 110,000 miles and for mods has Air Filter, Air scoop, HKS SSQV BOV NOT Circulated, boost gauge, and a/f ratio narrowband gauge. he wants 6200$ obo, and then he said hell accept 6000$, what do yall think? should i still low ball him for around 5g, even though its a rare car, it needs work.......thanks

no way... from the way you described it... it sounds like you've got a good 2000-2500 of tlc to get it back to were it needs to be. plus from the mods he has it sounds like he's justa ricer that wanted to hear his car so he got an exhaust and anted to hear a bov and watch some lights dance around on his dash. if it's a rare car, i prolly wouldn't pay anymore than 5k for it.

 

John paid $5500 for his and is wasnt that bad.

Plus the car is not all that rare so dont make that an excuse

 

thats a rip off at anything over 5k for that car. You figure to fix any of the damage its gonna cost you in new parts and then a full repaint. Your looking at 2500k probably in body work to get it to at least look nice. And someone that treats the outside of the car like that, i wouldnt trust how they treat the engine either. So even 5g is high to me. I wouldnt buy it unless you get it really cheap. Where was the car posted on?
