so... most of the regulars on here knew i was goin to be getting an EVO IX MR in august or sepetember. well boy how things change so quicly. no way in hell i'm going to be able to afford an EVO now. Got word from my room mate today that he can't afford to live at my house anymore and has to move out. I said ok, that's fine, when do you need to be out? He replied... "i'm already out"between 7:30 and 1:30 he went to my house and pulled all of his **** out of my house like a freakin panzy. Now my mortgage payment is due next friday (1050 bucks) and i'm left in the cold. how ****ed up is that????

 

time to get a new roomate. The new girl maybe

Man that sucks. One of my renters did that to me in Dec. I'm sure you'll find someone else. I don't know your local laws, but unless he signed a lease I don't think you can collect from him. CYA all the time, even if it's only a 6 mo lease, it's binding. Good luck

 

i didn't make him sign anything (stupid i know) but him and i talked about being roomies when we first met like 5 or 6 years ago and never thought i'd have a problem. Mike... 1050 is the mortgage only. then we have electricity, cell phone, water, cable, insurance, groceries, gas... all in all i have about 1500-1600 in bills/month. time to fine a new roomie (or 2) and possibly a part time job again.

 

Good Luck, man. I could be worse tho....this could have happened right after you got the EVO then you would have faced that payment too!

 

Dude $1500 a month still isnt that bad... My GFs rent for a TINY DUMPY at is $2000 a month yea rent for a 2 bedroom place with a living room floor caving in hahaha

 

that's just nuts. well before i bought my house i did the math to make sure i could afford it by myself if something like this happened... so i'll be ok, i'll just be a tad bit broke for the next month or 2 until i find another roomie. my friend w/ the EVO might be movin in though. that would be cool.
