i was wondering if anyone was good with computers and could help me out withmy veryyyy laggy computer....its pretty much brand new so i know it isnt the computer its self and i run virus scans all the time....i think its the actual internet and i dont know what to do...everythings taking so long ...its so annyoing to post

i have verizon ......i think dsl(not cable) ...the box says ethernet,ready,power , and its the westell edition ...i dont know if that helps - im a newb :'( ....... and when i asked verizon to send me a turbo charger, and intercooler for my computer they just laughed at me ....sheeshhh - big help they are

Haha that's awesome. The part about the turbo and intercooler, that is, lol. Sorry to hear about the laggy **** though. That sucks.

DSL is like that I have heard. I have cable, almost has no lag at all. Wish I could help, but I don't know anything about computers except they **** me off when they don't work.

 

All right first off how long have you been using the computer? When was the last time you did a Defrag and when was the last time you cleared out your internet chache? Also what is your page file size set to? Computer chose setting or preset size?
