Ok.. i just wanna rant cuz im ****ing pissed!!!!
Today we had a minor gig, and there were invited bands from other states... it was nice clean fun it was ok til those guys started playing.... they went over their time... they freaking destroyed a snare and were playing all stoned up...
Gig was over... at least they sang along... they were cool when we played and stuff and helped us clean up and everything... when its time to leave we realize that the hosts (another band we played with tonight) for the outsiders dissappeared!!! leaving them with us along with a ****ing drunk guy which had to ride with me... (annoying guy, a drunk guy in a sport car, a bass drum on the back of my head repeating what the idiot says (dont ask me how it fit there) who thinks sentras are teh ****... pretty cop atractive and who wouldnt use the ****ing seatbelt!!!).
So they went to eat with us and the girls that were with them asked us if we had a place for them to crash a couple hours... they have a long ride.. obviously we cant take them home, cuz most of us still leave with our parents (different culture here i guess..) and the only place was the rehearsing room we have.... FULL OF STUFF WORTH GRANDS!!!....
So we left them with our roadie there, and im haywire and dropped that effing drunk guy near his stupid home....
And the other band.. sleeping... safe and sound.... those mother****ers!!!! AHHH!!!! >_<!

Sorry i had to write this down... im pissed like you have no idea.... sorry.... ill sleep now -_-

EDIT: ooh.. and we ended up paying for half their food at the restaurant.... why?! i have NO CLUE!!!! UGH!

haha dude... its just... its not right... you would invite somebody over to a place they have NEVER been to, and them leave them by themselves after you promised them at least a place to crash...
They were not our responsability.... ours was only the sound... and were too good hearted to just leave them there...
it sucks man... thats just not right

 

Oh I agree with you and good on you for not leaving them behind too. It would have sucked for those guys if y'all did.

 

yeah they would have had to drive back home all tired and ****.... but everything is fine now thankfully and they didnt take anything from the rehearsal house so thats even more awesome... glad to know theyre honest... thnx dude
