Default Stupidass mini van

Sunday night, about an hour after I came home from New Jersey, I got into a pretty serious accident. We were driving through an interesection when a mini van hit us. I was sitting in the front passanger side, where the car was hit. After that we spun, and ended up facing the other way. The driver was fine, as was the girl in the backseat, just a little bruised up. I took most of the hit, so they couldn't get my door open, firefighters had to use something to open it. They were the ones who ended up stabalizing me at the scene, before the EMTs. To sum it all up, I've got torn muscles all down my neck, back and arm, but I survived, and that's what matters. Soo.. I'm going to be looking for a new car for my roomie. Any ideas? Something affordable, ha.

idc, only the idiots on here actually truly hate civics. if she is just looking for a car that will not break down, and gets good gas milage, then there really isnt anything better for the price

Unfortunatly you cant just sue someone for dolla' bills, in a civil suit she would have to prove that a part of her daily life is either effected or impeded due to the circumstances resulting from the crash. Even so, if said instances were to occur and money was awarded it would be allocated to better further the quality of life, such as medical care(plastic surgery, ect.). However, a settlement or court decision of that type could take years.
