yea now with my new motor and stuff, im not worried. If i can take him down, i beat (what i think is) the fastest honda/integra around. yippy.lol. Now time to work on thos pesky mustangs.....lol
I hope you meant cobra's..... No year mustang could hang with your 95 without some sort of FI....
also this should give you some confidence.... a stock 99-04 mustang GT block can only hold 450-500
flyhorsepower before the rods fly out of it. so your clear skies for whaling on the ponies unless they dump 3-4 grand on forged internals

yeha the GT500 and the 99+ SVT cobra's came stock with a fully forged iron block... the first thing people like to do to those cars is a 2.6 Kenne Bell swap for about 3 grand and run 20 PSI on it.... which puts the car at about 600+ RWHP... Kenne Bell is making a 2.8H for thenew GT500 block that is supposed to produce about 800RWHP for the same price as the 2.6, the cobra engines have been known to hold 800 RWHP but it dosn't happen very often

I would say aim for teh cobras. I think you graduated from the GT's a long time ago lol

Careful, the T28 is roughly a 340hp turbo when topped out. It's only slightly slower than an MHI EVO316G. A good lauch from an AWD will put up front, but a modded Cobra (I can't imagine one not being modded, lol) will catch and pass you with the T28. You'll get a stock SS Camaro though, just make sure to do it from a dig. From a roll, he may get you by a little.

you doubt what?

The biggest thing bothering me is the weight difference. my upgrade "schedual" looks like this

1.DSMlink (so i can be ready for whatever)
2.Injectors, fuel pump,APFR
3.FMIC

that should put me past 300awhp. Im also thinking of a carbon fiber hood and hatch (id paint both, not a huge fan of carbon fiber)

Then once i have all that It will be ready to take a new turbo. I'm deciding between a dual bb 50 trim or a fp3052.
