lol man, it is the part that releases pressure from the turbo and turbo lines when you shift or letoff the gas after the psi builds up

im pretty sure he knows what a blow off valve is, i think the term recirculatory valve threw him off

BOV, blow off valve, DV, diverter valve, all the same thing basically. this one is made for mitsu type cars that use a MAF.
