Saw this car last night at street warriors. If i remember right it ran an 11 or 12. It also won the burn out contest. Its got no problem makin lots and lottttttttssssssssss of smoke.
All i got was some phone pics.

A friend of mine was always trying to build his 1g Talon to be a V8, but he was on long island, and his Talon was blue.

Only an 11 or 12? LOL!!!!!!! Defeats the purpose of the V8. I bet the amount of cash that cost was enough to make a full GT45R drag car

I was thinking along those lines too.

It is cool and unique, but it seems he was trying to make a rocket but instead got a turd....in terms of reasons for swapping out anyhow.
Burn outs are a justification for cars with traction issues. He could have kept the dinky 4 cylinder and ran that time.
Oh well. Not to sound mean, but he'll probably be pissed to have some DSM with a E316G stage with him then beat him. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Thanks for sharing those pics though. It would be hard to believe if you hadn't of posted them

i doubt if he spent that kinda money for the swap to just be fast. you could do that with a lot less money. i'm sure he just did it to be different.. how often do you see a blown v8 talon??

Dude buschurs 35r RS daily driver makes 9 sec passes barly but its still 9s. 9.98 or something like that
