I read about a Russian scientist that made a car that ran on H20 before too. But he dies of food poisoning like a lot of people do in Russia. lol. I would say its pretty clear that our govt. could easily make life much cheaper and eaiser for us if they wanted to, but they dont care. They are making billions a year in profit due to oil.

Thats pretty insane that he came up with this idea back in the 80's. You would think car makers woul be jumping all over this guy.

Law of thermodynamics says that it is impossible to achieve that from a 12v battery.

I want to know what is really going on.
