the only thing about an MR2 is that it's only a 2 seater... that just kills the deal for me. i voted for the WRX. my friend has one and with just a little over 1500 invested in the car (about 1000 in real performance parts) he's pushin 320whp and soon to have meth injection. the meth is on he just doesn't have the money to get tuned yet. however if i were getting a WRX i'd definatly look for one with the 2.5 block and the 6 speed trani. it's about 2-3k more but the 2.5 will hold 450-500whp as to where the 2.0 will only hold 300-350whp. not to mention my friend's weak older 5 speed he blew up his 3rd gear about a month back. he just bought a 6 speed upgraded trani (the one i was recomending you get) anda 2.5 block so once he gets his car runnin again w/ his meth he'll be at almost 400 then he's upgrading his turbo, injectors and he's done.

lol, the 924 is a heap... get a 928 if anything, IMO that was the nicest looking of the 92x series... otherwise... VR-4... I mean, cmon now, its a Mitsu. forum, lol.

I dont want to get back into a DSM, too much work. LOL!
I voted VR-4, but if you think a DSM is too much work, you may want to go another route, unless you pony up the dough for a pristine, low(er) mileage example.

Contrary to what Emonz believes, the 1st gen 6g72 blocks (2-bolt mains) can hold plenty of power reliably and are good for many miles if taken care of...

Well, i test drove the rx7 today. He had an engine swap. He has done everything himself. WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Its obvious! BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS, definitely a SHOW CAR. The pics i posted was without the body kit (even though i dont like em) but this one looks BAD ***! its a brand new engine, rebuilt all-round. NOTHING is STOCK. Wish you guys could have seen it. I'll take pics.
I am still considering it. I definitely LOVED IT!
