What should I do?

What should I do?
I recently sent some money to eclipseracer6902for the stock rims he was selling. I sent him a post office money order for $170 to him in SC, and the agreement was that he would send the rims when he got it, and let me know when he sent them. The last time I talked to him was December 20th, and Ihave left numerous e-mail's asking him if he sent the rims or not, be he never writes back.
I'm not sure if he ripped me off or if he sent them but doesnt check his e-mail, either way I'm getting frustrated and angry.
It is possible that he sent the rims, how long would it take a 75 lb package to get from SC to NY on fedex ground? If anyone knows. He got the money order on the Dec 17th

Well, I've been ripped off before, and it sounds like that may be the case. Don't ever use a money order to pay for something over the Internet. If you met with him face-to-face and took delivery of the rims when you paid him, then a money order is okay. It is so easy to set up a Paypal account and pay from that. Then you can get your money back.

Unfortunately even paypal can't do much sometimes. There was someone on another forum I'm on that had a similar problem and only got $6 back cuz that's all that user had in his paypal acct.
