Thats nothing I drove on a suspended for 8 years. My motto has always been if I don't drive, How am I ging to get there? I had to pay $4500 to get mine back. I owed the City of Chicago hella lot of parking tickets. The city is a scam artist!!

well I think he has posted what happend in a couple of threads now. I know once in a convo with me in the new members section and once in the kills section.

 

He is referring to something else. I never bothered to read the back of the ticket once I got it in the mail. I mean, the cop said I had a court date no matter what, and I knew where it was, and I knew the date, and I knew what the chargers were.

Night before court date I read the thing again to make sure I know everything, and turn the thing over.

"Not all crimes require a court appearance. Some crimes you may just pay the fine for."

Uh......ok.

"You must only go to court if you are pleading not guilty, if you were in an accident, or if the box 'life endangerment' was checked"

****. Oh well. I'll just bring money tomorrow.

"If not going to court, payment is due at least 72 hours prior to court appearance"

So basically I could have gotten my license back a few days after it happened if I had had the money (About $600) but I never bothered to read the back.
