Yea that was her.

and yea, as soon as he turns 18 this summer, if he hasnt stopped we're going to the cops, i dont WANT to, cuz i like settling things on my own and not looking like a *****, but nothing else works with him

or you could handle it the "mature" and intelligent way with a higher authority person...preferably some police officers.
