anyone had theirs taken out? im getting mine done today at 1:30 -_- *shiver * lol. they thought i was so enthusiastic too.

nah dont worry about it. Having it done is easy.The pain later kinda sucks but thats what they make pills for . I dont remember it being that bad. The first couple weeks of having braces is worse

 

they didnt knock me out for mine. i was too young to request it and my mom was unsure about it so i went through almost all of it without being knocked out. then they told my mom i would need it bc i was passing out everyother minute. novacaine doent do **** when a chisel meets your mouth. thats all i have to say...

my girlfriend had to have oral surgery to have hers taken out but she got lots of hydros and vicodin. it was expensive for her but she says it feels better having them out then when they were in

 

did she have chipmunk cheeks?

 

dude i had mine taken out, and for me, the only horrible time was the hour afterwards, cuz of the bleeding, but that's about all. didn't swell up all that much no chipmunk cheeks. tell us how much fun u had,lol

 

lol, i dont think you should swell up, most swelling you see from it isnt even swelling most of the time it is just the tissue in there cheeks to stop the bleeding..

im 17 and my dentist told me i wont get my wisdom teeth till im about 21-23 lol
