wouldnt it be nice
if everything with my transmission went as planned?
im taking a manual trans principles class right now (oddly enough) and today i took apart a 5 speed ford taurus SHO FWD transmission..got it completely apart down to taking all the synchro's and everything out and put it back together in a lil under an hour.. god i hope my trans is this easy.. although i do need to pull some bearings off my input shaft.. but that shouldnt be too hard with the right tools, right??
i can only hope

well i got the trans out of the car and there is no crack in the bell housing
as for the gears.. i took off the view plate thingger and looked inside and all the gears that i could see look fine. no chipped teeth or anything, as far as i know the only thingsi need to replace are the bearings and the input shaft seal.. anybody know what those parts would cost??

Lemme see you go work on my V6 Tiburon. Change spark plugs on that then you can complain.
Heres a list of parts you'll NEED.
Plugs/Wires
1 gallon Coolant
Upper intake Gasket.
TB gasket.
Rags... and LOTS of them.
hahahaha
i'm just messing with you.
But seriously, pulling a TB off is nothing.
Tearing half your motor apart is a pita.
well i didnt want to make a list...i was simply stating its harder to do the monty than for example the red 4 cyl jeep wrangler in my garage where u can easily get to em lol
