well he pretty much accepted my offer I just gotta get the funds to pay off the EVO

Yup so far is a go...I gotta get a loan for what I owe on the EVo and it is done. so if I cant get a loan than no Supra lol

hmmm, hope you have collateral or really good credit since you are not a homeowner. I'm sure you can get a loan, but to get it under a 10% APR may prove to a bit of fun. Good luck with it. You can always try Carmax if you get desperate...lol.

So far it seems to be a pain because many banks dont give auto loans for older cars. And he went to the bank he has the evo loan for and they said the car is only worth 16k, and that may be all they would give him. So hopefully he can get this. I think if we can get an appraisal from the owner then it will be easier to get the loan. Does anyone know of any other places that give car loans easily. We tried capitol one also

Try this link. Since you are looking for a loan greater than the car is "worth" according to kbb you may try using the "specialty" auto loan companies. You MAY be able to get a credit union to give you 120% of the kbb value of the car depending on credit and if you have any affiliations with one. But this will probably be a better option. Check this company out and give it a shot.
