2001 Mitsubishi Chariot Grandis Royal 6 edition
Hi I am trying to replace the head unit back to a factory one to try and reset the MMCS. I live in New Zealand. Can someone post me a pic of what it looks like, maybe where I can buy one and any other info that may help... thanks...

Hi, I don't have one of these yet but we have got one on hold so might be able to help you by the end of the week.
Our main concern is the fuel consumption on these with being a V6 3.0 litre.
What are your feelings, how much on average would it cost you for running around town.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, we are looking at the Year 2000 one.
Cheers
PS We are also in NZ

Hello, I bought a second hand Mitsubishi space wagon 2002 model from a dealer about 7 months ago. The fuel consumption is terrible (full tank covers 430km). I've tried about 5 mechanics to no avail. Can anybody suggest likely causes and solutions?

Hello Kbeki,
Thats pretty good for you. This means you can clock over 700km based on my fuel tank capacity (63liters). Lucky you, how I wish someone can find a solution to my guzzler.

hi I have had my Royal for 2 years now and average about 12 lites per 100 k's in town and up 8 litres per 100k's on a trip. I have done 3 trips to Hamilton from New Plymouth this year and arrved home with a 1/4 tank. I found that usingf my cruise control (even in town) gave me nearly 1 10% better fuel consumption ( and fewer tickets)
