This switch is behind the steering wheel and slightly to the right just in front of the dashboard display.

The car already has a heater.

What is this switch meant to "heat"? When I switched it on it made the engine labour a bit so it is obviously doing something. It didn't make the ice clear off the windscreen any quicker though!

So, what is this switch for?
