Hi,
I'm trying to help a lady out and need some info.
On a 1997 Mitsubishi GTO twin turbo, the Silent
Norm switch just restricts the exaust on silent
and is full open on norm.
And after 12 years does the motorthat the silent/norm
switch operates,does that itself fail.

And also there is a switch or something on Top
of the steering column near the dash that has
a soft plastic cover on it or as she calls it a bubble
do you know what that is.
