Have a 95 Mirage S, 1.5. Trying to get to the DTC codes, but this appears to be an odd hybrid. The OBD1 connector is next to the fuse block, but there is only one pin inserted. An OBD2 connector is mounted under the dash on the left, but when I connect a scan tool it can't be read. Tried the trick from the chilton's book using a volt meter to "flash" the codes, but no dice.

 

you cannot read because you need a "MUT2" mitsubishi scanner for your year model.
