My car won't start and it sounds like not enough gas is getting in. The shop said something about replacing relays. I'm not sir what he's talking about. The shop said he had to connect a red wire that was near the brake pad and fused box because that was causing the car not to start. I know alittle. Bit about cars but I cant seem to find out what's wrong. Maybe be it's the connections to the fuel pump or maybe something is wrong with the fuel line . Can someone please help me.
