Default Fuel problems red hot

OK well my 1999 GST has been running hot. I noticed one day that after I drive across town in light traffic took about 30 min that my manifold is glowing red. I just had to get a new ac fan bc my old one melted from the heat. So far I have replaced my MAS, Put in a walbro 190L pump, lucas injector cleaner in gas, and the dealer replaced the fuel regulater silonoid. My last turbo got cooked from the inside and I don't want my new one to have the same fate. Please someone help me fix this problem.

No fuel mangment just the oem computer. I also have greddy metal IC piping and I have checked all the couplers. Do you think new wires and plugs could help?

There is nothing wrong with a glowing manifold. As long as your water temp is normal you are fine!

even glowing when your not even running it hard. The temp gauge stays in the middle and doesn't over heat. Do you think Something like wetter water or engine Ice would help keep the turbo from glowing.

its gotta be something. For some reason his EGT's are probably off the chart. So to me it sounds like you not getting enough fuel.

Damn! lol its fine! Turbos DO sometimes just go. **** happens. The stock turbo sucks.. and if he is higher than stock boost then no wonder it went! That has noting to do with the heat.

my old turbo was only running 12 psi when the inside of the turbo by the blades melted a hole. What is the best fuel system cleaner?
