Lancer Engine Problem!

Lancer Engine Problem!
Hey guys,
I have a problem with my 2004 Lancer CH ES, after long trips and under power (hills) my engine light pops up, then comes loss of power, shudder, and eventually clonks out, after i turn the car off, it resets and all good for another 5kms.
I have been to a mechanic, the BEAR Machine says it's the coils, got 2 brand new ones in, same result. Then sent the ECU away to be checked, no issues.
I'm out of ideas on what to check next, any suggestions and help is much appreciated.
